Rob Nahigian has been invited by NAR to speak at the C5+CCIM Global Summit on Sept. 17 and Sept. 18, 2024 in Hollywood, FL. The topic is called “From Shanghai to Your Shelf: Logistics and Supply Chain Site Selection Decision-Making.” On Sept. 17, Rob will be assisting the Director of the Port of Everglades on a tour of the port. The tour will be from 8am to 12:30pm. Then on Sept. 18, Rob will deliver a 30-40 minute detailed topic on how logistic companies make a real estate site selection decision with various models and new metric that make rental rates irrelevant.
