January 25, 2022: Boston University Commercial Lease Analysis

Course credit towards the Boston University Real Estate Studies Program. Class runs Tuesday nights on Zoom from 6pm to 9pm starting January 25, 2022 to March 22, 2022. The course covers approximately 45 clauses found in a commercial lease including office, industrial and retail. Case studies and numerous assignments are included. Premier real estate lease directors are guest speakers included and in the past have included Manulife, Fidelity Investments, Pembroke, Millipore, Fresenius, SunMicro. Wendys, etc.
