– Ms. Barry indicated that the members of the Real Estate License Board expressed their sincere thanks and deep appreciation to serve the Board and help to ensure that licensed real estate agents deliver quality assistance to their clients and customers in a professional manner. The property is owned by 50-54-60 Mall Road, LLC and managed by RJ Kelly Co of Burlington, MA. ITS is currently located at 1 NEEP Burlington MA. Rob Nahigian exclusively represented ITS. Mark McLean VP of Asset Manager represented the landlord. The lease was consummated during July 2015 after a 4 month site search and negotiations.
