The Commercial Division of Charleston Tri-Dent has engaged Rob to speak live on May 11, 2021 in N. Charleston, SC. There will be two program topics including: Commercial Due Diligence Chaos in the Sale or Acquisition of Real Estate and The New Era of Accounting for Real Estate Commercial Lease and Financial Statements: Determining Leasing Risk. The courses will be 4 hours each and will be held at the offices of Charleston Tri-Dent. Both courses will qualify for SC CE credit.
