July and August, 2020, Rob was an invited speaker in July and August for a number of real estate associations. July 14, 16 and 21, 2020, Rob taught Commercial Lease Clauses for MA NAIOP on Zoom. The course earns credits for the MA NAIOP Real Estate Certificate. On July 29, Rob delivered a commercial real estate Zoom program for the Ohio Association of Realtors. On July 29 and 30, Rob was an invited speaker for Commercial Day for the Central Bend (Oregon) Association of Realtors. Rob gave a course on Build-to-Suit Development Pro Forma that he teaches for SIOR since 1986.
