Boston University Semester: RE 104, Commercial Lease Analysis, Jan. 26-March 23, 2021

Zoom Classes on Tuesday nights from 6pm to 9pm starting January 26 for 10 weeks. RE 104: Commercial Lease clause review of approximately 55 clauses covering office, industrial and retail. Review the negotiating points from the perspective of the landlord, tenant, broker and lender. Guest speakers may be included. Course comes with class book, articles, and other take-home value. Course is an elective for the Boston University Certificate in Real Estate Studies. Homework, mid-term and final exam with group assignments are assessments for the course. Student must know how to use a financial calculator.
