Two Day Zoom Course on Wed. and Thurs. from 11 am to 1pm on Negotiation Skills in commercial real estate. Will review negotiation models, types and traits of negotiators, how to assess and identify drivers and characteristics. Then a presentation of possible appropriate strategies and counter-strategies that can be engaged in negotiations. Videos and case study group assignments are included.
