Rob Nahigian,FRICS,SIOR,CRE.MCR will be a guest lecturer in the Real Estate Development Course at Boston College on April 15, 2026 led by Ed Chazen,CRE as the course instructor. Rob will lead a panel of students in the industrial site selection process of a tenant and the due diligence process to lease to an end-user. Then June 25, 2026, he will leading a full day on the commercial leasing process in the Boston College 5 week real estate series program which is offered to students on an invitation basis. In the Fall, 2026, August, 31, 2026 to November, 2026, he will leading a semester on the commercial leasing process to undergraduates.

Auburndale Realty Co., founded in 1949, specialized in leasing and managing rental apartments and single-family homes along the Route 128 beltway. It became the largest apartment property management company in Newton, MA. In 1960, it became one of Boston’s first real estate syndicators, specializing in apartment complex acquisitions. In 1989, Robert J. Nahigian joined the firm, with over 52 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate. The firm has expanded its developments and holdings since 1985.
