This is a MA CE approved course on commercial real estate transactions being offered through the Realtors Commercial Alliance. The course is good for 2 hours of credit for MA real estate license renewal. It is a live class.
Commercial Lease Analysis is delivered on zoom for 9 weeks. The course covers approximately 45 to 55 clauses found in an office, industrial and retail leases. Industry specialists are planned as guest speakers.
This 4 hour zoom class qualifies for 2 hours of MA real estate license renewal. The course takes the student through a check list of due diligence items in the sale or purchase of a commercial real estate. Videos and case studies are included.
This is a newly approved course for MA real estate license renewal. The course will dissect new changes to commercial leases impacted and influenced by Covid. Both landlords and tenants have instilled new language to protect themselves since Covid.
Realtors Commercial Alliance is sponsoring a 2 hour MA approved real estate course on Investment Cash Flow. Rob will be live in Westford, MA to review the various components of cash flow and its implications. Bring your calculator.
Realtors Commercial Alliance is holding a 2 hour MA CE course. Rob will be teaching on zoom and the topic is Commercial Basics: Geographic and Financial Factors. Course runs from 10 am to 12pm
This will be a global session with guest speakers planned from Europe, US, and Japan on the intricacies of getting into the International Arena. Top CRE members will be part of this session and Rob Nahigian will be moderating.
Rob Nahigian will be moderating a national Counselors program with Head of Real Estate from major companies on the dos and donts on winning assignments. The zoom presentation is one hour long.
Rob will teaching 2 commercial courses on Oct. 8, Live at the convention hall at the S. Shore Association in Pembroke, MA. The 2 courses qualify for 2 hours each for MA CE real estate license renewal. The topics will be Commercial Basics: Geographic and Financial Analysis and Commercial Due Diligence in the Leasing of RE
