S. Shore Association: Commercial Connections Conference, Dec. 10, 2024

Rob has been asked to deliver 2 commercial topics at the annual S. Shore Realtors, 48 Schoosett St, Pembroke, MA on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024. This all day event will include Rob’s program on Introduction to Commercial RE Basics: Principles & Concepts and Commercial Brokerage: the Lease Offer and Basics of a Lease. Both courses qualify for MA real estate license renewal. There will be a panelist of experts as well during the lunch event. The program starts at 8:30 am to 3pm. Last year’s event attracted 100 professionals.
