Nahigian to be Guest Lecturer at Boston College: April 15, 2026

Rob Nahigian,FRICS,SIOR,CRE,MCR of Auburndale Realty will be a guest lecturer at Boston College in its real estate development course on April 15, 2026 from 1pm to 2:30pm. Ed Chazen, CRE is the course professor and Rob will lead undergraduate students on the process of leasing to an industrial end-user on land development. The class will be case study driven in which students will make presentations to Rob as the advisor to a manufacturing company. Rob has served 33 years as a Senior Lecturer at Boston University on commercial lease analysis and commercial real development.
