Boston University: Overview to RE Development, Jan. 21-March 11, 2025

Rob Nahigian will be teaching the winter semester course at Boston University zoom “Overview to Real Estate Development” on Tuesday nights 6pm to 8:30pm starting Jan. 21, 2025 to March 11. The course will cover contractor and architecture process and contracts, legal permitting, developing a pro forma, financing, specialty topics on multi-family, industrial, office, retail and hospitality. Guest speakers are incorporated. There are a number of homework feasibility assignments, mid-term and final exam. Students should be proficient with a financial calculator as there is heavy math involved.
