Part of the BU Real Estate Studies Certificate Program. Class will be on Zoom on Wednesday nights starting April 13, 2022 from 6pm to 9pm. Course ends June 1, 2022. The course covers approximately 45 clauses found in a commercial lease including office, industrial and retail. Case studies and numerous assignments are included. Premier real estate lease directors are guest speakers included and in the past have included Manulife, Fidelity Investments, Pembroke, Millipore, Fresenius, SunMicro. Wendys, etc.
