This course is offered to undergraduates who have applied to the program. The topic will be on the commercial leasing process and understanding the physical and financial needs for an end-user to make a commercial real estate decision. Rob was formerly a 33 year real estate instructor at Boston University on Commercial Lease Analysis and Commercial RE Development.
