Course offers the investment analytical tools for investment commercial real estate decisions. Topics covered include APOD, Operating Expense breakdown, Band of Investment Approach, developing a NOI and capitalization rates, developing cash flow before and after taxes, IRR analysis and differntiating returns. Knowledge and use of a business financial calculator is required. Weekly discussions, assignments, course project and final exam.
