MA NAIOP: Oct. 5, 2023 Logistics Supply Chain RE Decisions

This course will be on Zoom live remote on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2023 from 9am to 12pm. Course will review industrial logistic supply chain modeling and how distribution companies make a real estate decision based on supply chain metrics rather than real estate metrics. Videos and slides of numerous ports, inland ports, rail, ship, air and trucks will be included. Course applies for MA CE real estate brokerage credit and to the MA NAIOP Certificate program.
