MA NAIOP: Nov. 9 and Nov. 10, 2021, Highest and Best Use Methodologies or What the Heck Do I Do with this Junk Property?

Course will run over two days from 9 am to 11 am with case studies, homework and class presentations. The four components of defined highest and best use methodologies will be identified, evaluated with the necessary components whether a vacant land, obsolete commercial building or to create a new game plan on a long-standing property. Legal, physical, financial factors will be identified and how the attendee then reaches a conclusion on net highest value. Mistakes and blunders of past projects and misconceptions and myths to the process are all part of the course. Bring a financial calculator. Group assignments will be included.
