It will be presented as a Zoom course on the different due diligence aspects of selling and acquiring commercial real estate, the chaos, blunders, mistakes and misrepresentations made by brokers or sellers. Class will have group assignments on a corporate office building case study and will have engaging group assignments. Class runs from 9 am to 12 pm on Friday, March 19, 2021.
