In-Class to be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Dallas, Texas on Thursday Sept. 23, 2021 from 8am to 12pm. Negotiation Skills in commercial real estate. Will review negotiation models, types and traits of negotiators, how to assess and identify drivers and characteristics. Then a presentation of possible appropriate strategies and counter-strategies that can be engaged in negotiations. Videos and case study group assignments are included.
