Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers has invited Rob Nahigian to present two days on industrial real estate for its Atlanta based brokers. Sept. 27 will be on Industrial Construction and Leasing/Build-To-Suit Pro Forma; Sept. 28 will be on Logistics Supply Chain Site Selection Decision-Making and the Art of Negotiations. The classes run from 8 am to 5pm and have partial credit towards the SIOR designation.
