Zoom course on Retail Trends on Lease Negotiations with the Berkshire County Board of Realtors. Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 9 am to 11 am. Course is CE approved for real estate license credits. Course will have an overview of some of the retail lease clauses that should be reviewed on behalf of retail landlord and tenants in order to be a more effective lease negotiator. Not all clauses are included but this 2 hour program will provide real estate retail brokers with an overview on both parties current trends, retail terminology, rent concepts and percent rents.
